§ 1 Registration

For a registration you are required to provide truthful and complete information, and to communicate any changes to your registration data the next time you use the Training section.

The D&CVD Study Group reserves the right to check your details and revoke your membership without stating any reasons - in particular if you have given incorrect information or violated the terms and conditions at registration. Conscious false information during registration can also be legally prosecuted.

After submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you entered in the form.

Each participant can cancel his/her registration at any time. The redemption must be communicated by e-mail to the address susanne.fritz[at]dcvd.org. If a participant withdraws their registration, their registration data and all associated data entries will be deleted within one month of receipt of the withdrawal.


The dispatch of a newsletter and the related performance measurement is based on the consent of the recipient according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, Art. 7 GDPR in connection with § 7 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 UWG or on the basis of the legal permission according to Art. § 7 Abs. 3 UWG. The logging of the registration process is based on our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our interest lies in the use of a user-friendly and secure newsletter system, which serves our business interests as well as meeting the expectations of users and allows us to provide proof of consent.

§ 2 Privacy

The D&CVD Study Group undertakes to treat the data collected, processed and stored in the registration and use of the training areas confidentially and in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, we inform you about the legal basis of our data processing. Unless the legal basis in the data protection declaration is mentioned, the following applies: The legal basis for obtaining consent is Article 6 (1) lit. a and Art. 7 GDPR, the legal basis for the processing for the performance of our services and the execution of contractual measures as well as the response to inquiries is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, the legal basis for processing in order to fulfill our legal obligations is Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR, and the legal basis for processing in order to safeguard our legitimate interests is Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d GDPR as legal basis.

Disclosure of data

If we disclose data in the course of our processing to other persons and companies ("order processors" or "third parties"), transmit them to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this will only be done on the basis of a legal permission (eg if a transmission of the Data to third parties, as to payment service providers, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR is required to fulfill the contract), you have consented to a legal obligation or based on our legitimate interests (eg the use of agents, web hosts, Etc.). If we commission third parties to process data on the basis of a so-called "contract processing contract", this is done on the basis of Art. 28 GDPR.
